According to the summary provided by the Legal Services Office:
“This act authorizes the Secretary of State, not later than December 31, 2021, to develop and implement a blockchain based filing system for business entity and commercial filings otherwise required by law to be filed with the Secretary of State, including business entity formations and annual reports, as well as Uniform Commercial Code financing statements”.
